From Onboarding to Verified Facilitator

Four stages, each with a checkpoint, before a facilitator is cleared to run an AI2N-certified classroom.

Pedagogy & Safety Modules

Self-paced online units covering child safety, classroom pedagogy and inclusive teaching practice, mapped to NCTE competency areas.

Live Sandbox Training

Instructor-led sessions inside the AutobotLabs sandbox, covering robotics hardware operation, curriculum delivery and lab safety protocol.

Proctored Assessment

A practical sandbox proctoring exam evaluating hands-on facilitation, incident response and curriculum-fidelity delivery.

Certification & Renewal

A QR-verifiable digital certificate is issued, valid for one year, with a streamlined re-certification track for returning facilitators.

Certification Levels

Three Tiers of Facilitator Credentialing

LEVEL 1

Associate Facilitator

Entry certification for teachers running guided AI2N curriculum sessions under school supervision. Requires modules 1–2 and the proctored assessment.

LEVEL 2

Lead Facilitator

For facilitators independently running the full curriculum and mentoring Associate Facilitators. Requires one full certification cycle plus a peer-observed session.

LEVEL 3

Master Trainer

Qualified to deliver AI2N's facilitator training to other schools and lead RAARB curriculum review panels. By nomination, after two renewal cycles.
